Requesting a Return or a Refund

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days from the delivery date of your item, no questions asked, the cost of the return is free meaning that you won't have to pay for shipping the item back to us as we will provide you with a return label. Upon receival of the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, which will arrive within 3-5 days from the refund issuing date.
Please note that we cannot accept a refund or order cancellation request if the item has not been delivered yet. Once the item is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Eligibility for Returns
For your item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:

Damages and Issues
We take product quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, or damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at Info@Peticon.com. This allows us to evaluate the issue and either issue a refund.

Exchanges
If you want to ensure you receive the desired item, you can return the item you have using the return label at no additional cost to you. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will ship the new item to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received, inspected, and accepted or rejected your return. In the case of an accepted return, we will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund which is around 3 to 5 days.
